Our service is designed to facilitate the connection between you and independent contractors. The actual provision of electrical services is entirely between you and the independent contractor you engage.
All electricians and electrical contractors connected through VKM Electronic are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of VKM Electronic. We do not control, supervise, or direct the work performed by any contractor connected through our service.
VKM Electronic makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the work performed by independent contractors. It is your sole responsibility to:

THE VKM Electronic WEBSITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VKM Electronic DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the service will meet your requirements; (b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) any contractor connected through the service will perform work to your satisfaction; or (d) any errors in the service will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VKM Electronic SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY WORK PERFORMED BY AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR CONNECTED THROUGH OUR SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service exceed the amount you paid to VKM Electronic in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VKM Electronic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any work performed by a contractor you engaged through our service; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
The VKM Electronic name, logo, website content, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to VKM Electronic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
